Angelica Panganiban, a Filipino American model and actress, who also works as a television hostess and comedian. Panganiban is often referred to as the "new Queen of Drama" by a variety of media publications. Her name is also acknowledged as one of the Philippines the most skilled and versatile actors. At the end of the day, she came in second and became the youngest winner ever to be runner-up on the show. Angelica Hale suffered from double pneumonia in the year 2012. She was 4 at when she was diagnosed. The reason for her disease was a severe strain of strep bacteria. The young lady desperately required life-saving medical intervention and was placed on ECMO life-support at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. The patient suffered from multiple organ failures, and her kidneys were not able to recover. The process of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis later changed her life to a new normal. After nearly 80 days in the hospital, from near-death to long road towards recovery, she got home, however her life forever changed. Angelica was, following a full half-year of dialysis, and one year half year of treatment, was ready to undergo the biggest surgery ever - an organ replacement. Her mother was the sole one who could donate the kidney. Angelica Hale, along with her mother underwent the transplant of a kidney in Emory University Hospital in Atlanta as well as Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston on September 13th 2013. Angelica Hale's desire to become an international star has not waned.
